How do I place an order?
There are several ways you can place an order for your wedding stationery.
- You can complete the contact form on the website with your details and requirements. We will then email you with confirmation of your order and an invoice for the deposit.
You can email us directly at debbie@debbiejenkins.co.uk with your order. As above, we will then email you back with confirmation of your order and an invoice for the deposit.
You can telephone us on 01443 204069 where either Alison or Debbie will be happy to take your order and discuss your exact requirements with you personally.
If you haven’t yet confirmed your exact numbers or requirements, we are more than happy to take an initial order on estimated numbers which can be confirmed at a later date. Likewise, if you would like to order your stationery in stages, that’s no problem at all.
How long will it take before I receive my stationery?
We generally like to allow 6 weeks from payment of deposit to you receiving your stationery. However, during quieter periods, it may be quicker. If you require your stationery by a particular date, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can ensure we get it to you on time.
How can I pay?
We accept cheques, postal orders, banker’s drafts and Paypal. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept card payments.
A 40 percent deposit is required at the time of ordering for all orders over £100 and the balance is then due approximately a week before your order is due to be dispatched. However, some couples prefer to spread the cost and pay instalments, which is no problem at all.
For orders under £100, we require payment in full at the time of ordering.
Do the designs come in different colours?
Most of our designs are available in any colour and we will do our very best to match the materials to your colour scheme. Please indicate your colour choice on the sample request form and wherever possible, we will match it for you. If you are able to send us a swatch, we are happy to match it up with as many of our suppliers as we can to ensure your wedding is as co-ordinated as possible.
Can I choose my own wording and font?
Yes you can. Many couples like to write their own wording for their invitations, but should you need some ideas, we have a selection of example wordings for your invitations, RSVPS and other stationery items. We also use the wide range of fonts generally available for Microsoft Word and so if you have a preferred font, just let us know the name of it.
Do the invitations come with envelopes?
The majority of our designs use flowers and other delicate embellishments which get easily damaged in the post in just an envelope and so all our invitations come wrapped in tissue paper and in a box. These do require a large letter stamp for posting. For hand-delivered invitations, if you would prefer envelopes, please ask.

What sizes are the table plans?
Small table plan (for up to 5 tables): 40 x 50 cm
Large table plan (for 6 tables or more): 75 x 50 cm
All our table plans are designed and made individually to order and come framed in either a gold or silver frame. If you have any specific requirements for your table plan, please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss them.
