Terms and Conditions
All stationery is handmade so some slight variation may occur between each item and any samples. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders over £100, at the time of ordering. You will be notified when the balance is due. (We will require full payment at the time of ordering for orders under this amount). Goods will only be despatched after the final balance is received.
In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work must be paid for.
Proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Any amendments should be marked clearly on the item, as we cannot be held responsible for errors that go unnoticed after the final proof has been accepted. Once approved, all proofs must be signed and dated and returned to us. Failure to return the proofs may result in a delay in the production of the final stationery.
‘Wedding Stationery by Debbie Jenkins’ cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems etc. This is at the client’s own discretion.
Prices may be changed without notice, but your deposit secures the price of all items ordered at the time of ordering.
Orders will be posted by special delivery, unless alternative arrangements are made, and will require a signature to confirm receipt.
